Cell Coin (CC) is a mint-able and burn-able Solana token that limited by world population.

Amount of Cell Coin is world population multiply by 10.

At the beginning of every month i will increase or lower the amount of Cell Coin depending on world population.

I use 3 different source for our world population and then take the average.

I know this doesn't give the actual number but I believe doing it this way is more accurate.
